Most trail-mixes are full of peanuts, sugar and salt. Go to the bulk isle of the grocery store and you can find raw, unsalted options of most healthy nuts. Add some dried blueberries and dark chocolate and it is delicious.
5. Fresh Fruit w/ Cinnamon
